cali-estate-most-expensive-home-in-la-102-million

The most EXPENSIVE home to ever sell in the Los Angeles County sold today for 102 milli!

For seven years the 50,000 sq-ft mansion sat on and off the market but after the seventh year, three billionaires found the property and engaged in a bidding war to buy the five-acre estate.

The home was custom built in 2002 by socialite Suzanne Saperstein and her then husband of 23 years, texan billionaire David Saperstein.

Saperstein, who became a billionaire after he developed the idea of using helicopters for up-to-date traffic reports, left Suzanne in 2003 for Hillevi Svensson, the family’s 32-year-old Swedish nanny.

The estate boasts 12 bedrooms 15 bathrooms, a 50-seat (satin-lined) private cinema, a two-story library, Itallian marble walls, French limestone flooring and nine parking garages.
