There is nothing better than a confident woman! Rocsi Diaz (former 106th and park host) was killing in her blue mermaid dress as she walked the Red carpet for the 2013 Emmy Awards last night. About two weeks ago Rocsi tweeted a photo of Michael Costello sketching out a design in front of her, and who would of known that the dress would come out so fierce demanding your attention.
