California Highway Patrol pulled over Miguel and arrested him for driving drunk in L.A. early this morning
The 27-year-old ‘Adorn’ singer was initially pulled over in his 2013 BMW X6 for SPEEDING and dark LIMO TINTED windows around 2:15 AM this morning, TMZ reports.
However, during the stop, officers noticed the singer smelled like liquor and had him engage in various field sobriety tests, which he FLUNKED!
Miguel’s breathalyzer results came in at .10 and .11 … which is over the .08 legal limit in CA.
Miguel was then arrested for DUI and hauled to a nearby station where he was booked … and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail.
According to his booking sheet, Miguel is 5’7″ and 140 pounds and scheduled to appear in court in September.
