Comedian Katt Williams got a deal!
Our favorite little man avoided jail time on Thursday when his charges for evading the police were dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor.
The original sentence was 180 days in county jail, according to the Sacramento Bee, but after prosecutors agreed to reduce the charge, the court converted that to 90 days of community service. The other 90 days stayed if he does the work and stays AWAY from the LAW!! (out of trouble)…lets cross our fingers on that one!
Needless to say, Katt gladly took the deal and pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor reckless evasion of an officer in Sacramento.
