The very emotional song is off of her upcoming album “Braveheart,” due June 4th. This marks Ashanti’s 5th studio album which also comes after a break up with her ex-boyfriend of 10 years, Nelly.
We can’t help but to think that this new track is directed to Nelly, as she sings about a past love that she thought was going to last forever. And now that he’s moved on, she’s listing all of the things that he never should have done to lead her on….(clears throat)..
