While Lil Wayne is currently being held in ICU in an induced coma sleeping, he or shall we say an impostor tweeted that he is doing just fine, read the weird tweet below…
Meanwhile sources say there was evidence Wayne went on a Sizzurp binge after being released Wednesday, because doctors found alarming amounts of codeine in his system.

Isn’t it impossible to sleep and tweet at the same damn time?!!
My goodness people, how can you explain this? Even if someone in his camp tweeted this, why would they stop people from praying or sending well wishes his way?!
