Will Jennifer Hudson have what it takes to boost ratings for the NBC musical series ‘Smash’?
If you watched the first season, you know that the chemistry between Katherine McPhee and Megan Hilty was not enough to carry ‘Smash’ for another season. However, when you add a new character to the mix with star power and an Academy Award under their belt like J Hud, you can pretty much count on another season!
Hudson will take on the role of Veronica Moore a Tony Award-winning Broadway star. We’ve seen her act her butt off in ‘Dream Girls’, so this musical should be a piece of cake!
