Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco both appeared in a Florida courtroom yesterday. Evelyn asked the judge to drop the restraining order that was placed against the NFL player after she told police he had head-butted her during an argument.

This is her first time coming face-to-face with he ex-husbad since his domestic violence arrest back in August. Soon after the incident Evelyn filed for divorce from Chad just after one month of marriage. Chad has been apologizing ever since and is seeking professional help to deal with his rage issues.

During the court hearing the judge asked Lozada if she had been threatened or coerced into making the request to drop the order…she replied, “No”. The judge also asked if she was afraid of Chad, and she replied,”No.” The judge then granted Evelyn’s request.

Sources connected to Lozada tell us that Evelyn is unsure of where the relationship will go, but at the very least, she wants to start talking to Chad again.
