Don’t Hurt him Kelly Rowland!
Former X Factor Judge Kelly Rowland spices up her workout routine and takes a boxing class in Los Angeles.
Kelly took to Twitter to post a picture of herself during her boxing work out. She looked cute and sporty in a blue tank top, striped leggings and sneakers to match.
After the intense boxing workout, Kelly met up with BFF La La Vasquez for a little shopping on Melrose Ave. What better way to reward to yourself after a hard workout, right ladies?
The two divas painted the town as they did a little shopping and some filming for La La’s reality show, La La’s Full Court Life.
La La sported a black vest and t-shirt paired with custom Swarovski Crystal Nike sneakers while Kelly still had her work out clothes on after coming from a boxing session.
Kelly Rowland was not asked to return on this year’s X Factor but she was asked to take on a coaching role on Australian show ‘Everybody Dance Now‘, The show will make its debut on Australian network Ten on Sunday, August 12.
