The Return of MiMi is near!
Mariah Carey tweeted this weekend, “So I can finally announce to you that my new single is coming out early August! It’s called TRIUMPHANT (Get ‘Em) ft. Rick Ross & Meek Mill” and added, “I wrote TRIUMPHANT when I was going through a difficult time & it helped me get through it. When u hear it, pay attention 2 the lyrics#WIN.”
“Triumphant” is expected to be the first single from MiMi’s upcoming CD, her first comeback album since having the twins. To create her next #1, Mariah worked with long time collaborators, Jermaine Dupri, Brian Michael Cox, a.k.a. the masterminds behind Carey’s hits “Shake It Off” and “Don’t Forget About Us.
Sounds like the right formula for a hit to me!
