Despite the recent birth of Blue Ivy, new parents Jay Z and Beyonce were spotted out and about in NYC today.
The couple was spotted at the Knicks vs Miami Heat game nights after supporting ROC nations newest starlet, Rita Ora at the �Cartier Party�.
