Just a couple months shy of a year ago….Chad Johnson headbutted ex-wife Evelyn Lozada during a domestic dispute that resulted from his infidelity. She was left with a HUGE bloody gash on her head that measured 3 INCHES LONG!
TMZ has just NOW got their hands on the photos of her forehead…..and it ain’t nothing pretty!

Evelyn filed for divorce 3 days later…we can see why! Following the arrest, Chad pled “no contest” to the domestic violence charge and was sentenced to 12 months probation and domestic violence classes.
Chad was thrown back in jail last week after slapping his lawyers backside during a sentencing hearing….hopefully he has learned his lesson…smh
