Beyonce Sings National Anthem At The 2013 Presidential Inauguration…Will this go down as her best moment of 2013?
Beyonce did not let nerves get the best of her today! The 31-year-old singer and mom took front and center of the U.S. Capitol on Monday Jan. 21 to sing the National Anthem in front of President Obama immediately following his swearing-in and speech at the inauguration.
Beyonce belted out “The Star Spangled Banner” like the professional she is, she sent chills down my spine and raised the hairs on my arms with all the emotion she put into the patriotic song. At one point you see her take out her earpiece, suggesting she couldn’t hear the audio, but that didn’t stop her one bit! The diva seemed to have amazed the crowd as well as they gave a huge cheer and applause.
Bey and hubby Jay-Z looked absolutely Stunning as they walked into the Inaguration arm in arm. Beyonce rocked her sginature blonde tresses with a sequined black Christian Dior coat and Pucci dress while the hubby wore Tom Ford.
