A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!
Since announcing her split from Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes has signed up to star in Dead Accounts, a five character comedy that will be directed by three-time Tony Award winner Jack O’Brien.
The 33 year-old actress is no stranger to Broadway as she first debuted in the production of Arthur Miller’s ‘All My Sons’ in 2008. According to the New York Times, this year Holmes will play a “fairly unglamorous” character named Lorna, who lives with her aging parents in Cincinnati while trying to pull her own life together.
How ironic! Kudos to Katie for getting her own life together, glad to see she essentially gave up defining herself as anything other than Tom Cruise’s wife. Looks like your headed on the right track Katie, way to go!
