Lindsey Lohan has just been sued for $5 million which ,she does not have all because of her publicized drug issues.
Clothing manufacture D.N.A.M. Apparel industry just filed a countersuit against Lindsey in response to her lawsuit against the company.
In Lindsey’s lawsuit she states she had a business deal with D.N.A.M. in 2009 allowing them to manufacture clothes for her “6126” clothing line but the company hit her with a massive licensing fee. Lindsey is requesting $1.1 million in damages.
According to D.N.A.M., the company did its best to sell their 6126 clothes to the high-end third party retailers, but by spring 2010, no one wanted to brand because Lindsey was back in rehab with all her drug habits playing throughout the media.
D.N.A.M. claims Lindsey ” drug-addled image” destroyed 6126 reputation and rendered the clothing lone completely unsellable. The company claims to invested millions for 6126 clothing and is now suing Lohan for breach of contract and fraud, demanding at least $5million in damages.
Ha! After all that Lindsey is now currently in rehab due to more drug issues…Dang girl when will you clean up your act?!
Lindsay’s attorney, Perry C. Wander, says … “The license agreement does not have a morals clause that allows the company to suspend payment for any behavior. The contract is not in LL’s name thus she cannot be held personally liable. The cross claim is therefore frivolous and totally without merit and will be defended vigorously.”
I wonder if Lindsey has a fairy God mother…theres always someone getting her out of things!
