Unfortunately another life was tragically lost at the hands of law enforcement in downtown Los Angeles. The video below shows the LAPD throwing a man to the ground who resisted arrest, it took as many as four officers to subdue him, but it ended in him ultimately being fatally shot.
At 0:20 second mark in the video, an officer can be heard apparently yelling, “Drop Your gun. He has a gun.”
No gun was reportedly found at the scene by police and LAPD is using this as justification to use deadly force on this unarmed citizen.
An emergency call to action has been issued and protests are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. in front of the LAPD Headquarters at 100 W. First, Los Angeles.
