Mc Donald’s is being sued for $1.5 million…. all because Webster Lucas, a man from Pacoima, Ca. claimed he didn’t get enough napkins with his meal!
According to his lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Lucas — who happened to be black — only got one napkin with his Quarter Pounder , when he asked for another the manager refused to give him anymore. Lucas retorted, “I should have went to eat at Jack-in-the-Box because I didn’t come here to argue over napkins. I came here to eat.”
According to Lucas the manager who happened to be Mexican mumbled something about “you people” and as a result Lucas filed a complaint with the General manager and suing for 1.5 million!
Have you ever experienced poor customer service like this at your local Mc Donald’s? I know I have, the only difference was the Mc Donalds employee insisted that I could only have 2 packets of ketchup per meal and any “extra” I would have to pay for those packets of ketchup.
