I don’t even know half the Lakers who play anymore!
The Lakers starting line up is ever changing…Our fave Cali basketball team has had 15 lineups in 30 games and it looks like we’ll have a 16th on Sunday against Philly if Pau Gasol and Chris Kaman don’t get any better!
We have our fingers crossed, but it doesn’t look to good we’ve had 13 of 15 players on the Lakers’roster start the game…. the last two left are rookies who have BARELY PLAYED… AT ALL!!
Coach Mike D’Antoni even admits that this is the most challenging season during his 12-year coaching career.
“We have a lot of people that are even. We don’t have a set of three superstars and two guys and here’s their role,” D’Antoni said Saturday. “And we’ve had injuries…. We’re scrambling a little bit.”
Who’s the blame?! Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash have each missed a whopping 24 games, not to mention Steve Blake has missed 9 and isn’t expected back for at least four more weeks. *Sighs*
Should we count the Lakers out?????
One thing we can count on is Jordan Hill and Shawne Williams starting against Philadelphia if Kaman and Gasol are out.
