Its pretty sad that in this day and age, racism still exists… not only in America but across the world!
Oprah made close to $80million dollars last year, not to mention she’s a billionaire…. but because of the color of her skin, she still falls victim to racial profiling.
A racist shop assistant in Switzerland denied Oprah Winfrey the right of showing her an expensive handbag because she thought it was “too expensive” for someone like O…. and now she’s begging for Oprah Winfrey’s MONEY forgiveness!
The incident occurred when Oprah was in Zurich to attend Tina Turner’s wedding last month … she walked into the upscale Trois Pomme boutique where she noticed a $24,000 handbag.
But when Oprah asked to see it, the shop assistant refused — insisting it was out of O’s price range.

“One more time, I tried. I said, ‘But I really do just want to see that one,’ and the shopkeeper said, ‘Oh, I don’t want to hurt your feelings,’ and I said, ‘Okay, thank you so much. You’re probably right, I can’t afford it.’ And I walked out of the store.”
Now, Switzerland’s national tourism board has issued an apology on behalf of the country — saying,
“We are very sorry for what happened to her.”
The board also begged for Oprah’s forgiveness on Twitter … saying the shop assistant “acted terribly wrong.”
Funny thing is….. the clerk wasn’t reprimanded for her behavior nor did she loose her job!lol
