Let the ass kissing begin……
Keri Hilson and Timbaland wrote a new song called ‘Sorry’ to Beyonce and Jay-Z basically begging for forgiveness! Can we say it together? BOW DOWN B*TCHES!!
I guess Keri is taking Beyonce’s advice by bowing down…..While Keri’s intentions maybe to sell more records pure…. it will make her look even more like the runner up rather than the star that she is in her own right! Beyonce… excuse me, *clears throat* King Beyonce will undoubtedly be satisfied that Keri has publicly bowed down but this is completely useless because nothing will come of this!! Its not like Bey will ever consider doing a duet with her or become besties… so a simple personal apology to Bey would suffice.
Meanwhile, Timbaland had his own falling out with Jay-Z over leaked tracks from the Blueprint III album and now he is signed as a producer to Jay Z’s label…. maybe Timbaland put Keri up to this since his checks are getting signed by Jay! lol The song will make its debut on Timbaland’s new album, Shock Value III.
In an interview with Diddy’s Revolt TV, Timbaland sat down to discuss the beef that went on between he and Jay and Bey and Keri. Catch a few excerpts below as well as the video of both Jay-Z and Timbaland talk about their old beef:
Me and Jay fell out, I missed his 40th, he didn’t miss mine he did sent me a gift. But I missed his, and it was over petty stuff, it was more personal stuff and disagreements it was not no industry related, it was more personal and I was wrong.
He also teased a few verses from the new apology track, while revealing Keri’s contribution:
My verse I’m saying like, ‘We copped the same Range. We talked to the same dames. Same things, same lane. Now we see each other, don’t even speak… Accept my apology.’ It’s like a Tupac kinda s–t. It’s deep. It’s pretty deep.[…]Keri actually tells a story about the whole Beyonce thing and how she was sorry about it because she really wasn’t talking about Beyonce but other people.
Although Timbaland says that his fallout with Jay wasn’t industry related, Jay’s story with BBC’s Zane Lowe said it was industry related:
He was still on Blueprint 3, but the fallout happened at the end of that album. A couple of songs was getting leaked that was his songs. That whole thing was just like…it just ruined the whole process. I wanted him and Kanye to produce — Kanye was the executive producer of Blueprint III and was like, “Let’s get Tim.” We were all inviting to him, and he just wasn’t accepting of the process. It seemed like it was more about him than the actual album.
When you go in and you make an album, you have to put all ego aside. I’m putting ego aside. Everyone has to put ego aside for the sake of the project. He wasn’t accepting of that. That was almost the last straw type of thing, so we just went our separate ways. After those concerts and he came back, I’d seen a new Timbaland. He had this maturity and this growth. I was like, “Oh, okay, this is gonna work out.
We wanna know…. does this apology track to Bey and Jay put the rumored gossip in the streets to bed or does it make Keri just look like a damn fool!
