“Braxton Family Values” star Tamar Braxton knows how to flip real estate…..Its only been two years since she bought her sister Toni Braxton‘s HUGE 12,000 square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills, Ca. and she’s sold the home for a whopping $6.9 MILLION dollars….$3.5 Million more than what she paid for it!
Tamar and and hubby Vincent Herbert — a bigwig record producer only paid 3.4 Million dollars back in 2011 and they listed the house in Oct. 2012….so they had to wait a long 8 months before the house sold….but patience is a virtue!
And what better timing since the couple just welcomed a newborn baby!!
