Its pretty sad when you harbor so much prejudice against a race that you commit hate crimes on the dead….smh
Apparently that is what happened to Actor, Michael Clarke Duncan‘s grave… it was vandalized with racist graffiti. The Oscar-nominated actor who has been dead now for almost a year, died of a heart attack on July 13.
When one of the actor’s relatives went to lay flowers at his grave site at the Forest lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills, she spotted the offensive drawing in the middle of his tomb. The woman believes that the image was intended to be an illustration of ‘S*****o’ – a derogatory term previously used as an offensive description of a black person.
After discovering the vandalism, the woman immediately filed a police report with the LAPD. According to TMZ.com, police are considering the vandalism a ‘hate crime’.
For now the cemetery have removed the image, but are doing everything they can to find out who committed the crime.
What a shame….people have no respect for the dead! I do hope they catch the low down dirty scoundrel who committed the hate crime, although it’s not likely unless they try for it again. Either way, Hate crimes are felonies, so they’d be looking at doing some serious hard time, rightfully so!
