Our sources tell us a bunch of prank calls came in today to report PHONY crimes at P Diddy’s mansion in Toluca Lake, Ca.
The result ended with MULTIPLE cop cars and helicopters swarming the rappers home but law enforcement sources tell
TMZ the incident is yet another “swatting” prank.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, a swatter made a call that someone was shot inside the home.
Sources at the scene tell us … cops are already dispersing … and officials now know it was another celebrity swatting prank.
We were initially told the target was Steve Carell … there were multiple cop cars in his driveway. We’re told cops secured his house because it’s right next to Diddy’s.
Well, it definitely could have been worse! Luckily Diddy wasn’t home when the prank was pulled. The Kardashians, Paris Hilton, Clint Eastwood, and Chris Brown are just a few celebs victims of swatting, Who do you think is next?
