Kris Humphries hasn’t even finalized his divorce with estranged wife Kim Kardashian yet he has just been sued by another woman who claims he gave her herpes.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris on August 31, 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe on Robertson Blvd in L.A. — just a couple of months before Kris met Kim Kardashian.
According to the lawsuit, Kris hit on to Kayla at Trousdale nightclub on Sunset Blvd. in L.A., California. After fondling each other on the dance floor, Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times without a condom, including oral sex.
Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia.

Kayla is suing for sexual battery claiming Kris knew he had herpes during their one night stand and didn’t tell her. But why is she just coming for 2 years later?
