Nicki Minaj could be American Idol’s Superwoman!
Just a few days ago Nicki Minaj was rumored to be a strong candidate for the American Idol Judge Panel. Today, according to US Weekly, Minaj is “100 percent confirmed to judge ‘American Idol.’ Another source told the magazine, “I’m not sure the deal is completely done yet, but yes, she is definitely doing it. A few more slight things to sign off on but it is happening.”

‘Idol’s” last season finished with the smallest season-finale audience ever. Thus, we all know that the search for new judges on “Idol” has completely NOTHING to do with the candidates’ talent or ability to find star singers but everything to do with their ability to garner the biggest ratings over fellow singing competition series, X-Factor, which hired Britney Spears and Demi Lovato.
Nicki Minaj best known for her colorful lace-front wigs and atrocious wardrobes is probably the best person to put ‘Idol’ back in first place with the biggest ratings. If she brings all five of her personalities: Nicki, Barbie, Roman, Martha and Rosa its a guaranteed win.
Just last year was a testament of what Nicki’s star power can do….Don’t you remember last February when Minaj nearly stole the Grammy Awards Show from the legendary Whitney Houston?! Less than 24 hours after her death, performing an exorcist themed show to song, “Roman Holiday”, everyone talked about Minaj crazy shenanigans the following morning instead of the loving memory of Whitney Houston….smh
