Trey Songz makes his directorial debut in new music video, “Hail Mary.”
Trey appears alongside funny man Kevin Hart who also co-directed the music video which sees him playing a coach of half naked female football players.
“Hail Mary” features guest rappers; Young Jeezy and Lil Wayne, who both join him in the field with the female football team. In addition to these two, Love and Hip-Hop’s ‘Steebie J’ and Jocelyn Hernandez both make a cameo appearance who also act as coaches.
Trey’s album ‘Chapter V’ releases in stores today.
Earlier this year, Trey spoke on the new album saying “I go to a new space that people might not be familiar with, I’m inspired by King of Leons, Maroon 5” he gushed. “I’m definitely trying to leap forward with every album, and with this album, I think it’s a leap forward and a leap into the past.”
