Donald Trumph listed his Palos Verdes Estate on the market last year for $12million. It remained on the market until this year when he received an offer he couldn”t refuse for $7.1 million. Although, it was 5 million less than the asking price, he took the offer. According to gossip website TMZ.com, Trump decided to sell the house because he wasn”t spending enough time there, and also owns a property in Beverly Hills he prefers to stay in while in California.
