The 2012 MTV Music Awards just got a little more interesting!
We just found out that MTV News confirmed five-time VMA nominee Rihanna and new R&B sensation, Frank Ocean as the latest acts to perform this year.
This is set to be Ocean’s first awards show performance and also comes after he cancelled all European dates of ‘Channel Orange’ album supporting tour.
Other performers for the 2012 VMAs include Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Green Day, Pink, One Direction, 2 Chainz, Ke$ha, The Wanted, Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg.
The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards – hosted by Kevin Hart — will air live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on September 6th at 8 pm EST.
