I am Jun Lethal Poet And I Am from Reading, P.A

How did you break into the music industry?

I feel I still haven’t broken into the industry yet. I’m at the tip of the iceberg right at the window on the outside looking in. I consider the few featured interviews I have online to be a start to me breaking into the industry.

Choose one adjective to describe your music style?

ENERGETIC

Do you write your own songs? If so, what are your songs about and where do you draw your inspiration?

I do write my own songs. My songs are about love, all the bad I’ve went thru, and exposing truth. I’m inspired by life and  everything around me. I’ve had two near death experiences that inspires my music alot.

What project are you currently promoting and is it available for purchase?

I’m currently promoting my 1st album Never Too Late and you can find it on ITunes, Google play, Amazon and many more places.

Are you looking for an independent label deal or a major label deal?

To be honest..

it doesn’t matter what type of deal I ink In the future as long as I can keep my artist freedom and my identity. I want to be able to deliver a positive message.

How would you define the word “success”?

I define success by people knowing my music and me making a living off of doing what I love what I’m passionate about.

What is your biggest career embarrassment?

I showed up to a performance and in the  hall there’s two parties going on at the same time. Both parties had their speakers to the Max all you could hear Is  cluttered sound.

Most memorable moment in creating one of your records?

I believe one of my most memorable moments in recording one of my songs was free-styling my entire Song vengeance in one take.The energy in me felt electric.

Who has been the most influential person in your music career?

The most influential person has been my bestfriend CaNNoN. He’s on the Album too. I’ve always been a poet through out middle school but in high school cannon showed me I could rap. He help me develop a flow when I started and he made me believe I could do it.

Who is your celeb look-alike?

I was always told I looked like Romeo from the Latin Bachata Group Aventura he’s the Lead Singer.

what was your first job?

My 1st job was when I like 13 or 14 I worked washing school buses for like $7 an hour. It wasn’t easy and I hated and still hate having wet socks. After 2 weeks I had enough and left.

What is your worst Fear?

My biggest fear Is not accomplishing any of my goals in life and dying of course.

What is your guilty pleasure?

I’m 4:20 friendly straight Hippi.

What artists would you love to work with?

My favorite artist Is Lupe Fiasco he’d be first B.o.B he’s real, Kanye West Is a modern day black pather And I’m a political artist in way also. Finally I go with Eminem he’s the G.O.A.T in the Rap game.

Any advice or lessons learned in the music industry that you would like to
share with other indie artists?

Not everybody who says they can do for you can do for you. I’ve learned nothing Is free. 20% music %80 business. The most important of all Is PROTECT your Music. I’ve had music stolen from me by industry personal. Million Dollars by Rick Ross and Pusha T is my song I wasn’t protected Now I am BMI.

What is the number one thing you hope people get out of your music?

I hope people most importantly get my message and understand I’m trying to elevate our conscious.
