2013 Celebrity Halloween Costumes this year weren’t scary…..
It seems like the new trend or celebrities on Halloween is to dress up as one of their favorite celebrity friends….. but if we had to say who wore their Halloween costume the best, it would have to be Ellen Degeneres!!!
Seeing Ellen Degeneres as Nicki Minaj (above) was the best costume by far…. just for the fact that she had the swag to pull it off!! Wearing 4 inch heels is not easy for an everyday casual person to wear but she did it!
Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan on the other hand couldn’t make up their mind and dressed at two different couples, Kim and Kanye and Miley Cyrus and Juicy J.
