Usher‘s 5-year-old son almost drowned to death a few days ago after getting sucked into the pool’s drain!
After CPR, the child started breathing again and he is now showing major signs of improvement now that he is eating, laughing, and talking to his family … BUT, that isn’t stopping Usher ex-wife,Tameka Raymond from filing for primary custody.
Tameka blames the singer for the near-death pool accident that landed their 5-year-old in ICU…. because Usher is NOT home 90% of the time, aside from his absence, Tameka says his aunt is not responsible enough to supervise the children because she leaves them unsupervised most of the time and this swimming pool incident is a perfect example.
Tameka is now using this accident to persuade the judge to give her decision-making power over the children’s education, healthcare, religion and extracurricular activities.
The hearing has been set for Friday at 2pm ET.
