This is quite a gamble as this chess move could land Breezy in prison for up to 4 years!
Why the change of heart?
Blame it on the hit-and-run charges…. you know the the car accident in May that didn’t hurt anyone…. well Breezy allegedly left the scene without giving up his Cali driver’s license and the correct insurance info…. so the little fender bender turned into a hit-and-run even though the victim doesn’t want to press charges.
Breezy’s lawyer is on top of the matter….. he has since filed docs asking for the hit-and-run case to be dropped — but the D.A. is still moving forward because they wanna see Breezy in JAIL Brown has a duty to obey all laws as a condition to his probation stemming from the Rihanna assult and battery case.
If the judge finds that Chris violated his probation, the singer faces up to 4 YEARS in prison!!
