oh Chris Brown….. every-time you open your mouth it seems to be something ignorant!!
Remember when we told you Chris Brown was being fined by the City of L.A. for painting graffiti on the front walls of his L.A. mansion turning it into a haunted house….in the swanky neighborhood of Hollywood Hills?!
Well, Breezy is firing back at the City — claiming the gov. has NO RIGHT to force him to remove the graffiti art on the front of his L.A. home because it’s an expression of his heart and he’s trying to use the the 1st Amendment to protect him.
The funny thing is… Chris Brown is SERIOUS…because the boy filed an appeal with the city — telling officials they are in the wrong for fining him for having an illegal “sign” — when the graffiti is art that “[enhances] the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property.”
Chris takes it even further….arguing, “The murals are a reflection of [my] aesthetic taste and a reflection of free speech and expression protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.”
Could you imagine if this case gets to supreme court…..the judge would probably laugh in Breezy’s face. Breezy you are not in ghetto anymore…take your a** back to the hood if you want a house with graffiti painted all over it….smh
