According to a source close to the situation, Beib’s rapper friend Tyler the Creator was the open behind the wheel!
One source revealed:
“Yes, it’s Justin’s car but it was Tyler, The Creator who was the driver – not Justin.”
So it turns out not to be Bieber driving recklessly..but his little devilish friend who has nothing other than hateful and inflammatory responses to mostly everything, like this one here:
