I don’t know how she does it…but Lindsay Lohan escapes Jail time once again for Rehab!
The first step to Recovery is admitting that you have a problem, however Miss Lohan will NOT admit that she has any problems with drugs, she thinks drugs are her friends! So how will this 90 day Rehab work, you might ask?? Don’t worry, we asked the same thing!
Despite running into court almost an hour late and rejecting a plea bargain earlier in the month, the judge still extended an olive branch for probation BUT this time with a warning:
“don’t drive” and “this is it” regarding probation. Next time, there will be no hearing. Just jail.’

- 90 days of in-patient, lockdown rehab
- 30 days of community labor
- 18 months of psychotherapy
- 2 more years of probation
