It’s always amazes me to see how Beyonce can bounce back so quickly from having a baby!
Knowing Jay-Z’s genes that is going to be one tough, yet talented kid. In next month’s issue of Shape Magazine Beyonce commented on how she has kept the weight off:
I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant. I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I will never do again. I’m not a person that is naturally very thin, I am a person who has to work to keep my body in shape.
For me, dancing is what keeps me active and I would just say everyone is not meant to be the same. Be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you you.

Beyonce should be the next diet plan out there for every woman in America! I have been using dancing for weight loss as well and if I could get half of the results that she has gotten so far I would never be single!
