What do you get when you are knocked up by your boyfriend but still married to another man? In the eyes of the State, your soon to be ex-husband would be presumed as the baby-daddy!
Sorry, if I just made your brain hurt! But lets see if I can make it a little more plain and simple. On Sunday night, it was evident that Kanye was very proud to announce that he and Kim are expecting a child together..right?! BUT, if you remember correctly, Kim Kardashian is still legally married to Kris Humphries.
TMZ reports, A man is the “presumed father” of a child if he is or has been married to the mother, and if the baby is born during the marriage.
Although Kim filed for divorce after only 72 days of marriage, and they’ve been separated for more than a year, it is NOT OFFICIAL! Humphries also filed for an annulment and separation from Kim on December 1 of 2011 but the two won’t grant each other a divorce nor annulment…..Now that the baby has come into the picture, this will possibly persuade the guy to give the girl a divorce or give Kim a change of heart and file papers for an annulment so she can move on with her life.
