Usher‘s ex-wife Tameka Raymond (Foster) suffered yet another heartache today – after losing the couples bitter custody battle over their two sons.
It comes just a month after Tameka suffered from the loss of her 11-year-old son Kile – from a previous relationship who tragically died following a jet ski accident.
TMZ has learned, Usher was awarded primary care of four-year-old Usher Raymond V and Naviyd, three, after a ruling by Georgia judge.
It comes as very shocking news considering that judges hardly ever grant fathers full custody, unless the mother is proven to be unfit.
During the trial, Tameka painted the picture of Usher being the unfit parent, claiming that he was an absent father who is constantly on the road partying, using drugs and alcohol.
In closing arguments Usher accused her of being a bad mother who was unable to bond with their children. Not sure how he proved that, but as a result, their two sons will now spend a majority of their time with the father, leaving it unclear how much access Tameka will get to her sons.
Our prayers go out to Tameka during this hard time…
