Clothing manufacture D.N.A.M. Apparel industry just filed a countersuit against Lindsey in response to her lawsuit against the company.

In Lindsey’s lawsuit she states she had a business deal with D.N.A.M. in 2009 allowing them to manufacture clothes for her “6126″ clothing line but the company hit her with a massive licensing fee. Lindsey is requesting $1.1 million in damages.

According to D.N.A.M., the company did its best to sell their 6126 clothes to the high-end third party retailers, but by spring 2010, no one wanted to brand because Lindsey was back in rehab with all her drug habits playing throughout the media.

NFL star Ray Rice was struck by a burglar this weekend, with the thief leaving with 2 guns and $2,000 in cash according to police.

Authorities say Rice wasn’t home at the time of the burglary, but a friend was staying at Ray’s home in MAryland and reported the incident to police. The cops say there is a surveillance video of the thief entering through a rear window and ransacking the home.

Rice spoke out today saying:

“My family and I are fine, which is the most important thing. This is an unfortunate incident that I am dealing with through the proper channels.”
